CUSTOM STORY DESIGNS

If you are interested in a custom design but want to discuss the item before purchasing, please do contact us through our Connect page. We are quick to respond and happy to discuss any questions you may have. You will find working with us is an amiable and fun experience. Please note, we do not offer refunds for custom designs after purchase. Upon your purchase, we request the necessary information from you for the design. Depending on the piece, we require 7-14 days to create the piece and will inform you when the design will be ready. After creating the piece we will always send you a digital copy to approve or offer suggestions. We are happy to conduct multiple edits and allot up to 7 days for the editing period. Once you have provided a written approval of the piece via e-mail, your custom design will be carefully printed and shipped with tracking information. We maintain the right to showcase custom designs in our shop and portfolio but all private information, such as names, will be removed from the piece for public display.

WHOLESALE

CHECKOUT & PAYMENT

We accept payment through Paypal, a secure service to protect your private information. Paypal is easy and free to use, while providing you with trusted security. Once you check out an item from our shop, you will be directed to a Paypal page where you can complete the purchase either with your Paypal account, bank account, or credit card. Please note e-checks (paying with a bank account) generally take 3 to 5 business days to clear. We never have access to any of your private payment information. We do not create, process, or ship any orders until payment has cleared. We do offer payment plans for large scale projects depending on the client and scope of the project.


PRODUCTS & SHIPPING

All products are carefully printed and packaged by hand. Posters are generally rolled in sturdy kraft boxes made of 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content. Cards are wrapped in a plastic sheet and shipped in sturdy envelopes. T-shirts and tote bags are individually folded and packed into their own poly bag and then packaged into poly mailers for shipment. Mugs are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap within sturdy corrugated boxes.


UNITED STATES

METHOD – Domestic orders ship via United States Postal Service first class mail. All are orders are shipped with care from California, U.S.A.

TRACKING – We e-mail you a tracking number with a link to the USPS tracking website once the package has shipped. USPS also provides an estimated arrival date. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours after the item has shipped for tracking to appear on the site. Tracking may not be available for all countries outside of the United States and Canada.

TIMING – Once payment has been received and cleared through Paypal, all orders except custom orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1 – 3 business days of payment. Notification is e-mailed to you once the purchase has been shipped with the tracking number. Shipping typically takes 4 – 7 business days.


INTERNATIONAL

METHOD – International orders ship via United States Postal Service first class mail international. All are orders are shipped with care from California, U.S.A.

LATE DELIVERIES / MISSING PACKAGES

If a domestic package has not been received within 21 days of shipping or an international package within 45 days of shipping, please contact us.


REFUNDS

Items are generally NOT eligible for refund or exchange so please consider your purchase carefully. Pay special attention to the product description and e-mail us with any questions. We are quick to respond and happy to provide more information. However, if there is an obvious error or mix-up, please let us know and we will work to resolve the issue in the best manner possible.


DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipment, please e-mail us photo evidence of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Absolutely no damage claims may be made after this time period. Items are packaged with great care and we cannot be held responsible for the mishandling of items during shipment. However we will work with you in the best manner possible and replace damaged items within 24 hours of providing evidence.


ITEMS LOST IN SHIPPING

In the also unlikely event that your package is lost during shipment, we will work with you and shipping carrier to resolve the issue. While tracking is almost always accurate, human error may still occur. Please note we are not responsible for lost items if USPS marks the packaged as Delivered. If the package cannot be recovered by USPS then we will send you the same purchased item(s) free of charge.


UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

We provide you with a tracking number and estimated arrival time of your package as soon as it ships. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for unclaimed packages. If the package is sent back to us, we will send you an invoice for the same shipping fee and resend the package upon payment.

The work in this shop is created by Andres Quintero and Karla Sanders from Consider Graphic Design Studio. We take great pride in producing the finest graphic design pieces, from idea creation and handmade illustration to final production of our designs.
